You’ll come into contact with a wide array of areas, including M&A, Transfer Pricing, valuations, indirect taxes, and more. In concrete terms, this is what you’ll be doing. Always on both a national and cross-border level:

Assist your clients with their tax obligations.
Provide guidance to clients in choosing the tax regime best suited to them, taking into account and complying with the tax provisions applicable in their country.
Pragmatically advise business leaders and finance departments on all tax and legal aspects.
Tax optimisation of private assets and succession planning.
Direct taxation: personal income tax, corporation tax, income tax on legal entities.
As Senior consultant, you will assist and train junior profiles.

What do you bring to the table?

At least 4 years of relevant experience in taxation and extensive knowledge of Belgian and international legislation
Being an ITAA trainee or member is a plus
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken French and English, knowledge of Dutch is an asset
Strong, dynamic personality, with a drive and commitment to help the development of the department
You have an eye for detail, are quality-oriented and work in a pragmatic & proactive manner
