Cyber security plays an important role in today’s society. Small & Medium businesses and large companies alike are increasingly affected by cyber-attacks. With an increase in ransomware attacks, it is important that companies and organisations secure their information and increase their cyber resilience. However, attacks can come from many different vectors. So how and where to start?

Implementing a security framework takes a holistic approach to cybersecurity and addresses a broad potential attack surface from both an organisational and technical perspective. There are various sets of security frameworks that increase cyber resilience, of which the ISO 27001 for information security is the international standard.

In February 2022, ISO 27002 was amended to Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection — Information security controls. This guideline affects the current information security standard ISO 27001. The changes will be placed in a broader context of the changing environment of cybercrime and cybersecurity.

To further explain the changes to the ISO 27002, we are hosting a webinar to which we would like to invite you.
