Effrayant\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h1><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"--awb-font-size:13px;\"><p>Peter Van Laer, CEO de BDO Belgique<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>L\u2019av\u00e8nement retentissant de ChatGPT a permis au monde de l\u2019intelligence artificielle de vivre un\u00a0moment comme il ne s\u2019en \u00e9tait plus produit depuis l\u2019apparition de l\u2019iPhone. \u00ab\u00a0Une nouvelle \u00e8re s\u2019ouvre pour l\u2019IA\u00a0\u00bb, a titr\u00e9 la presse sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. Le grand public a imm\u00e9diatement embray\u00e9, augmentant ainsi l\u2019impact de cette avanc\u00e9e technologique. Bien que son nom sonne plus extraterrestre qu&#8217;humain, ChatGPT (qui signifie Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer) parvient pourtant \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la conduite de dialogues de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s humaine. Je l\u2019ai test\u00e9 et il faut l\u2019avouer, les r\u00e9sultats sont bluffants. Je ne suis pas le seul \u00e0 l\u2019avoir sollicit\u00e9\u00a0: 5 jours seulement apr\u00e8s son lancement, ChatGPT avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le cap du million d\u2019utilisateurs. Pour atteindre une telle performance, Instagram avait d\u00fb patienter 10\u00a0semaines et Facebook 10\u00a0mois.<\/p>\n<p>ChatGPT a-t-il \u00e9crit un morceau d&#8217;histoire\u00a0? Fort probablement. \u00c0 chaque nouvelle \u00e9tape franchie par l\u2019IA, les fronti\u00e8res entre l\u2019activit\u00e9 humaine et les actions bas\u00e9es sur les machines s\u2019estompent un peu plus. Rappelez-vous (entre autres) les deepfakes rendus possibles gr\u00e2ce aux avanc\u00e9es r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans le traitement des images. Cela peut para\u00eetre effrayant mais il s\u2019agit d\u2019une fen\u00eatre qui s\u2019ouvre sur un avenir in\u00e9luctable. L&#8217;activit\u00e9 humaine de plus en plus soutenue par des outils num\u00e9riques (dot\u00e9s d\u2019IA ou non) n\u2019est plus une utopie.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-reading-box-container reading-box-container-1\" style=\"--awb-title-color:#333333;--awb-margin-top:0px;--awb-margin-bottom:30px;\"><div class=\"reading-box\" style=\"background-color:#f6f6f6;border-width:0px;border-color:#f6f6f6;border-left-width:3px;border-left-color:var(--primary_color);border-style:solid;\"><div class=\"fusion-reading-box-flex\"><h2>\u00ab L\u2019IA ouvre une fen\u00eatre sur un avenir in\u00e9luctable. \u00bb<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\"><strong>Par l\u2019Homme pour l\u2019Homme <\/strong><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>Les critiques ont tendance (souvent avec raison) \u00e0 se focaliser sur les failles des chatbots. Les gens s&#8217;inqui\u00e8tent de la place de plus en plus dominante que prennent les algorithmes dans notre travail et notre vie de tous les jours, ainsi que de la d\u00e9pendance &#8211; parfois abrutissante &#8211; que nous pouvons avoir \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard. Nous devons garder notre esprit critique tout en reconnaissant les avantages qu\u2019apportent ces progr\u00e8s technologiques. Les algorithmes et la technologie sauvent aussi des vies. Inconsciemment, nous leur faisons d\u00e9j\u00e0 confiance \u00e0 travers de nombreuses applications comme les aides \u00e0 la conduite (antid\u00e9rapage, ABS, d\u00e9tection de collision, etc.), par exemple. Pourrions-nous nous passer de ces avanc\u00e9es\u00a0? Et d\u2019ailleurs, le voudrions-nous\u00a0? En tant qu&#8217;\u00ab\u00a0optimiste technologique\u00a0\u00bb, je reste convaincu que les nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s offertes par l&#8217;IA vont tr\u00e8s rapidement s\u2019int\u00e9grer \u00e0 nos activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, qu\u2019elles soient professionnelles ou priv\u00e9es. Mais comme toute innovation, celle-ci va devoir faire ses maladies de jeunesse et suscitera des questionnements \u00e9thiques auxquels nous devons r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de num\u00e9risation des entreprises et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019IA constitue le nouveau saut quantique tant attendu. Une num\u00e9risation intelligente, men\u00e9e par l\u2019Homme pour l\u2019Homme, qui soutient notre productivit\u00e9 et nous facilite la vie. Une technologie qui offre l\u2019occasion r\u00eav\u00e9e de briser le fameux paradoxe de la productivit\u00e9<sup>*<\/sup>. Les robots conversationnels tels que ChatGPT peuvent nous \u00eatre tr\u00e8s utiles dans des domaines comme le conseil, l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie logicielle, le marketing, etc. Ajoutez-y la masse de donn\u00e9es accumul\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es\u00a0: nous pourrons d\u00e9placer des montagnes\u00a0! Sans l\u2019IA, le cerveau humain n\u2019a plus la puissance ni la capacit\u00e9 de calcul suffisantes pour g\u00e9rer la croissance exponentielle des donn\u00e9es disponibles. Encore moins de les traiter de mani\u00e8re efficace et rentable. L\u2019intervention humaine reste n\u00e9anmoins pr\u00e9cieuse pour extraire les connaissances pertinentes et utiles \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats obtenus.
