Les circonstances n\u2019ont pas fait paniquer ce producteur de confiseries qui en a profit\u00e9 pour se concentrer sur certains aspects de son business model. <\/strong><strong><em>\u00ab<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u2009<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Nous avons identifi\u00e9 et tir\u00e9 profit des opportunit\u00e9s, ce qui nous a permis d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 court terme et de compenser autant que faire se peut l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif de la crise sur certains segments de march\u00e9. C\u2019est \u00e7a, notre culture du \u2018no-nonsense\u2019.<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u2009<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00bb <\/em><\/strong><strong>Ce qui n\u2019a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 Astra Sweets de poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement de projets strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 long terme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Si Astra Sweets s\u2019en est si bien sorti, c\u2019est surtout gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa vision \u00e0 long terme. Nous sommes d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 m\u00eame de commercialiser et d\u2019exploiter nos propres innovations sous la marque Frisia. Notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Sweet Paradise, notre canal d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux bonbons en vrac, qui nous permet d\u2019entrer directement en contact avec le consommateur. Ces innovations n\u00e9cessitent des investissements importants au niveau de la vente et du marketing.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p><strong>TTP<\/strong>\u00a0: <strong>C\u2019est la qualit\u00e9 qui vous permet de vous diff\u00e9rencier de vos concurrents ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RL\u00a0<\/strong>: \u00ab\u00a0Nous n\u2019avons pas pour ambition de devenir le plus grand acteur de la distribution de confiseries \u00e0 se concentrer sur les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9chelle. En revanche, nous aspirons quotidiennement \u00e0 devenir le meilleur producteur de bonbons et \u00e0 offrir aux consommateurs des produits savoureux de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. C\u2019est cette double exigence \u2013 qui s\u2019exprime \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents canaux &#8211; qui permet de cr\u00e9er de la valeur aux yeux de nos partenaires commerciaux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>TTP<\/strong>\u00a0: <strong>Dans quelle mesure la fulgurance de la crise a-t-elle impact\u00e9 votre activit\u00e9\u2009?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RL\u00a0<\/strong>: \u00ab\u00a0Certains segments (comme les confiseries en vrac) et march\u00e9s d\u2019exportation ont accus\u00e9 le coup, c\u2019est \u00e9vident. Il s\u2019agissait de compenser ces pertes en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant le d\u00e9ploiement de certaines innovations ou en exploitant de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s commerciales. La rentabilit\u00e9 demeurait un facteur important mais il ne fallait pas non plus compromettre le retour sur investissement pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 long terme pour certaines innovations. Communiquer de fa\u00e7on ad\u00e9quate s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 plus que jamais essentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les employ\u00e9s, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est devenu la nouvelle norme. Moins \u00e9vident qu\u2019il n\u2019y para\u00eet\u00a0: la dynamique au niveau des d\u00e9partements et la collaboration entre fonctions font intrins\u00e8quement partie de notre culture d\u2019entreprise.
