Deux semaines ont suffi pour que le nombre de personnes que nous aidions \u00e0 trouver un emploi chute de pas moins de 37%. Dans certaines entit\u00e9s, ce chiffre a m\u00eame atteint plus de 65%. L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 a pourtant \u00e9t\u00e9 fantastique. Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019effondrement brutal du chiffre d\u2019affaires, nous avons pu prouver \u00e0 quel point nous pouvions nous montrer r\u00e9actifs et cr\u00e9atifs en tant qu\u2019entreprise. Notre structure d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e laisse \u00e0 nos collaborateurs une importante marge de man\u0153uvre quant \u00e0 leur mode de fonctionnement et leur gestion du march\u00e9. Qu\u2019en pensez-vous ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>RC :<\/strong> <em>\u00abNous ne pouvions quand m\u00eame pas risquer de rencontrer des probl\u00e8mes de liquidit\u00e9. Par ailleurs, le risque que les clients ne puissent pas payer leurs factures \u00e9tait \u00e9galement plus grand. Et si il y avait eu une ru\u00e9e sur les banques et qu\u2019elles avaient d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de geler leurs avoirs ? Pour toutes ces raisons, nous avons d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 toute notre ligne de cr\u00e9dit, soit 95 millions d\u2019euros. Nous n\u2019en avons finalement pas eu besoin. Tant mieux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>TTP : <\/strong>Votre profitabilit\u00e9 est-elle demeur\u00e9e \u00e0 niveau ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>RC : <\/strong><em>\u00ab Les chiffres le prouvent. Cela tient beaucoup \u00e0 notre structure d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e et \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019exploitation &amp; si\u00e8ges individuels d\u2019organiser eux-m\u00eames leur profitabilit\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00e9quipes d\u2019entrepreneurs qui travaillent sur base de KPI clairs. Le groupe suit de pr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats afin de pouvoir r\u00e9agir vite (rectifier, soutenir\u2026) si n\u00e9cessaire. Nous avons par exemple lanc\u00e9 un bonus r\u00e9gional en plus de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable sur base des r\u00e9sultats mensuels. Ce bonus solidaire reposait sur les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une r\u00e9gion, et pas uniquement sur les prestations individuelles.
