Walter Vanherle est expert num\u00e9rique chez BDO Belgique. Il d\u00e9borde d\u2019enthousiasme lors de la visioconf\u00e9rence organis\u00e9e avec l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me Living Tomorrow de Vilvorde. \u00ab L\u2019\u00e9change de connaissances et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences avec tant de partenaires et de secteurs diff\u00e9rents me donne \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019\u00e9nergie. \u00bb Walter Vanherle pr\u00f4ne le progr\u00e8s, car \u00ab la meilleure fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9dire l\u2019avenir est de le cr\u00e9er soi-m\u00eame. \u00bb Vous pouvez rester sur la touche et subir les changements, ou surfer sur la vague des \u00e9volutions technologiques et les adapter \u00e0 vos besoins. \u00ab Nous devons parfois suivre ces \u00e9volutions beaucoup plus vite que nous ne le pouvons, tout en nous gardant d\u2019avoir une vision trop \u00e9troite. Bref, gr\u00e2ce au partenariat avec Living Tomorrow, BDO renforce sa position sur le march\u00e9 en tant qu’acteur innovant et \u00ab business challenger \u00bb. C\u2019est ce qui explique son partenariat avec Living Tomorrow, dont nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de To The Point.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>

Apprentissage – cocr\u00e9ation – activation<\/h3><\/div>

Au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, nous acqu\u00e9rons<\/strong> des connaissances gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos partenaires, tout comme eux en acqui\u00e8rent de notre part. Connaissances, ambitions, mais aussi d\u00e9fis ou risques\u00a0: tout cela (notamment) est partag\u00e9 en totale transparence. Un tel niveau d\u2019expertise concentr\u00e9 simultan\u00e9ment en un seul endroit ne se trouve nulle part ailleurs. Id\u00e9al pour l\u2019apprentissage par immersion. Nous exp\u00e9rimentons ensemble de nouvelles mani\u00e8res de travailler et vivre qui stimulent tous nos sens – les desserts d’un \u00e9v\u00e9nement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec notre imprimante alimentaire 3D.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>

L\u2019\u00e9tape de cocr\u00e9ation<\/strong> permet aux partenaires de r\u00e9soudre des d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques ou de trouver diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res d\u2019anticiper des opportunit\u00e9s attendues qu\u2019ils ne pourraient en pratique pas r\u00e9soudre isol\u00e9ment. Les \u00e9changes ont lieu lors de tables rondes th\u00e9matiques ou en \u00ab\u00a0groupes de vision\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Pensez aux drones taxis. Technologie, contr\u00f4le du trafic a\u00e9rien, s\u00e9curit\u00e9\/s\u00fbret\u00e9, acceptation par le grand public\u00a0: de nombreux aspects sont en jeu. Si les intervenants d\u2019une discussion ne d\u00e9fendent que leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats et campent sur leurs positions, toute forme de cocr\u00e9ation ou d\u2019innovation est impossible. Les premi\u00e8re et seconde \u00e9tapes sont les leviers de la troisi\u00e8me, celle de l\u2019activation et de la m\u00e9tamorphose<\/strong>. Gr\u00e2ce aux connaissances et au savoir-faire nouvellement acquis, BDO est plus que jamais en capacit\u00e9 de concevoir pour (et avec) nos clients & parties prenantes des solutions sur mesure, et d\u2019en d\u00e9velopper et commercialiser certaines. \u00ab\u00a0Je pense par exemple aux innovations dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire. Bien que ce business model soit surtout orient\u00e9 vers une production de type circulaire, il n\u00e9cessite aussi des ressources en mati\u00e8re de fiscalit\u00e9 verte, de mod\u00e9lisation financi\u00e8re, d\u2019adaptation de la strat\u00e9gie, de parcours de transformation, etc. Bref, le campus d\u2019innovation de Living Tomorrow offre un vivier d\u2019id\u00e9es et de concepts innovants qui nous permettront au cours des prochaines d\u00e9cennies d\u2019avoir un impact sur le monde du travail et la vie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>
