What’s a job as Senior Consultant Accountancy like?

Building strong personal relationships with your clients, being a trusted advisor and guiding them to sustainable growth. In other words, creating impact! That’s what this job is all about. You will independently manage various projects together with your manager and/or partners. Flexibility is key, in planning as well as in the place you work: at home, at the office or at the client.

Some responsibilities we trust you with:

Updating your clients’ accounts, drawing up interim balance sheets, working on VAT returns and preparing year-end documents such as annual balance sheets, annual accounts and tax returns.
Being involved in all the details of the files you prepare, schedule, monitor, get checked and submit, from start to finish
Taking an active role in guiding and advising clients
Keeping track of all the latest technologies to be able to ensure optimally efficient operations

What do you bring to the table?

You have approximately 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting
You are IAB-certified or partway through your IAB internship
You are proficient in Dutch and/or French and English
Your eagerness to learn, motivation and positive attitude are notable
You have strong analytical and communication skills
You handle stress well, are responsible and able to work in team
