Hiervoor werken de auteurs met een cultuurmaturiteitsmodel:<em> \u201cHet ultieme doel is om een footprintcultuur te bereiken, het hoogste maturiteitsniveau. Hierin zijn teamleden intrinsiek gemotiveerd om zichzelf te verbeteren terwijl ze toch nederig blijven. De rest volgt vanzelf. Zorg dat je je missie kunt samenvatten in \u00e9\u00e9n inspirerende zin die relevant is voor al je stakeholders. Laat daaruit ook je bedrijfswaarden blijken. En vergeet je CSR-beleid niet helder te defini\u00ebren. \u201c<em>Mensen maken graag deel uit van iets dat verder reikt dan henzelf. Wie meteen weet waarvoor hij of zij zich engageert, zal zich meer verbonden en trotser voelen en die \u2018extra mile\u2019 gaan<\/em>,\u201d adviseert Inge van Belle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p><strong>Sterke leiders <\/strong>zijn essentieel om van je missie werkelijkheid te maken. Zeker nu hebben we geen nood aan \u2018old school\u2019 managers. Klaus Lommatzsch: <em>\u201cGeolied teamwerk draait op wederzijds vertrouwen. Medewerkers horen zich veilig te voelen, mogen fouten maken en willen weten waar ze naartoe werken. Zo cre\u00eber je nieuwe leiders, en niet gewoon volgers.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Uiteraard speelt het <strong>welzijn <\/strong>van je<strong> medewerkers<\/strong> een grote rol. Opteer daarbij voor een holistische aanpak, zowel op fysiek, mentaal en sociaal vlak als qua voeding. Daarbij is de scheiding tussen werk en priv\u00e9 niet langer relevant. \u201c<em>Pas wel op dat je telewerken niet gaat verheerlijken. Thuiswerk mag dan wel wonderen doen voor je concentratie, de koffiepauzes of brainstorms op kantoor zijn minstens even belangrijk voor het teamgevoel als voor je eigen carri\u00e8rekansen,<\/em>\u201d waarschuwt Klaus Lommatzsch.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Prikkel de natuurlijke behoefte om <strong>levenslang<\/strong> te<strong> leren. <\/strong>\u201c<em>Vooral millennials en generatie Z, het aanstormend talent, dragen persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling hoog in het vaandel. Een lerende organisatie is nu eenmaal beter gewapend tegen een snel evoluerende wereld en schept de juiste context voor innovatie<\/em>,\u201d licht Inge van Belle toe. Mooi meegenomen: permanent leren is een concurrentieel voordeel in de \u2018war for talent\u2019 en motiveert op lange termijn meer dan een hoger loon. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Laat je DNA terugkeren in je <strong>fysieke \u00e9n digitale werkomgeving<\/strong>. Maak er je visitekaartje van. \u201c<em>Kantoren moeten teamwerk stimuleren. Maar ook wie op afstand werkt, mag de connectie met het bedrijf niet verliezen, letterlijk en figuurlijk. Implementeer dus gebruiksvriendelijke digitale tools die telewerken faciliteren en de bedrijfscultuur online weerspiegelen<\/em>,\u201d raadt Klaus Lommatzsch aan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Tot slot: <strong>employee engagement <\/strong>begint al<strong> v\u00f3\u00f3r <\/strong>je medewerkers in dienst treden en werkt ook nog land <strong>daarna <\/strong>door. Betrek hen doorheen de hele cyclus, van rekrutering over de \u2018moments that matter\u2019, zoals een geboorte of een scheiding, tot aan het eventuele exitgesprek. Ook ex-medewerkers met een positieve ervaring kunnen nog nieuw talent jouw richting uitsturen en klanten genereren!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\">Rome is niet op \u00e9\u00e9n dag gebouwd<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>\u201c<em>Je bedrijfsmerk staat er uiteraard niet op een-twee-drie. Employee engagement is een stiel. Iets waaraan je moet blijven boetseren. Focus je eerst op de fundamenten en stem regelmatig af met je medewerkers<\/em><em>.
