What’s a job as Senior Consultant M&A/Valuation like?

As a Senior Consultant M&A / Valuation, you’ll be by using your financial expertise to create transparency and value in every step of an M&A deal and help companies identify potential buyers/sellers and guide them through a successful transaction.

Some of your responsibilities are:

Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum or Valuations
Prepare draft Teasers or Information Memorandum in the context of sell-side M&A mandates, including strategic rationale, market trends, competitive environment and financial analyses
Identify potential acquirers/sellers
Analysis of the Target’s financial statements and business plans in the context of acquisition or sell-side due diligence in order to identify normalization adjustments on EBITDA, net working capital and net financial debt
Preparation of draft due diligence reports including charts, tables, analyses and conclusions to inform our clients’ decisions
Draft business plans, work on public/private partnerships, advise on financing structure

What do you bring to the table?

Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in audit (industry / services) or corporate finance
Excellent knowledge of Dutch (written and spoken), with advanced working knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills
A strong understanding of Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint are essential to communicate with impact
Sense of responsibility and proactivity, self-starter and team player
Flexible, resilient, analytic mindset, result-driven attitude and eager to learn
