What’s a job as Senior Consultant Transaction Services like?

As a Senior Consultant Transaction Services, you’ll take an entrepreneurial approach to help your clients understand the possibilities and risks of financial transactions and create valuable insights for businesses after analysing financial data.

Some of your responsibilities are:

Analysis of the Target’s financial statements, operational data and business plans in the context of acquisition or sell-side due diligence in order to identify normalization adjustments on EBITDA, net working capital and net financial debt
Preparation of draft due diligence reports including charts, tables, analyses and conclusions to inform our clients’ decisions
Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum or Valuations
Prepare draft Teasers or Information Memorandum in the context of sell-side M&A mandates
Draft business plans, work on public/private partnerships, advise on financing structure

What do you bring to the table?

Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in audit (industry / services) or corporate finance
Excellent knowledge of Dutch (for Zaventem and Antwerp) or French (for Battice / Liège)
Advanced working knowledge of English (and French for Zaventem). German is an asset
A strong understanding of Excel and mastery of PowerPoint are essential to communicate with impact
Knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot is an asset to speed up data analytics
Sense of responsibility and proactivity, self-starter and team player
Flexible, resilient, analytic mindset, result-driven attitude and eager to learn
